Chook Washing at the Ekka.

I washed lots of chooks at shows, not because I wanted to but it did get people sitting down and thinking about more than froth and bubbles. The media messes up some details but they got the idea of what I was doing.  I worked with SPF  (disease free chickens  for vaccine production in China in the early 1990's) This turned up in my wife's  little box of collectibles sent from an aunt in about the early 2000's. I hope its some food for thought. Jim.
