Out of the bookbinding, we started to publish some others works. We got together with a few other authors and published their books. That means we paid the bills for all the printing, often paid an advance for them to write the book, paid a royalty for everyone we sold, and hoped we made a profit at the end. Some we do some we didn't. But as we know had a fancy office printer and I had some skills( see the book binding blog) as a binder we could make special editions usually of old works not easily available. I have a list of books still to do, both as special editions of published works or reproductions of important works from the 1800's, and I have a few poultry books still to finish writing.
So I hope to progressively tell you of some of the special editions, and they reasons why there are important. Watch this space Jim Finger 2021
